SECH-VEN is the Secco Sistemi partner in Marbella. We design, supply and install Secco's thermally broken steel window and door systems (OS2 65/75 and EBE 65/75). We offer the systems in galvanised steel, Corten, stainless steel and brass. We work on villas and estates in Ibiza and across the Costa del Sol, from Nueva Andalucía and La Zagaleta to Benahavís and Estepona.

Why do architects choose Secco Sistemi steel?
Secco Sistemi is an Italian manufacturer with more than seventy years of experience in steel windows and doors. Its systems are the reference for projects that want the proportions of a historic steel window with today's thermal and weather performance. Three features set Secco apart from ordinary "Crittall-style" steel:
1. Choice of material. The same system is produced in galvanised steel, Corten, stainless steel and brass. Most steel window suppliers offer a single material and paint it.
2. Original hardware in the same material. Handles, hinges and espagnolettes are made in the same material as the frame. A brass window has brass hardware, and a Corten window has Corten-finish hardware.
3. Thermally broken, tested systems. OS2 and EBE are thermally broken and tested to EN 14351-1, the European product standard for windows and external doors.
The Secco systems we install in Marbella
OS2 65/75: the slimmest steel lines
OS2 is the system for projects where the frame should almost disappear. It is thermally insulated and offers more than 40 profile options. It covers inward and outward opening windows and doors, folding doors, and vertical and horizontal pivots.
-
Visible profile section: 27 mm to 62 mm
-
Profile depth: 77 mm
-
Frame + sash total section: 47 mm
-
Glazing: 2–50 mm compatible glass cavity
-
Tested sash size: up to 1000 × 2900 mm (EN 14351-1 test data)
-
Folding door leaf: up to 1000 × 2900 mm, 100 kg per leaf
-
Threshold: Zero threshold, or a 15 mm high-performance thermal and acoustic threshold
-
Folding door hardware: Concealed top and bottom tracks and hinges, invisible when the door is closed
Best suited to: Traditional Andalusian-style villas, arched openings and modern villas with large, slim steel grids.
EBE 65/75: large openings, thick glass and acoustic performance
EBE is the choice for projects with large openings, high wind and sea exposure, or thick
glazing. It is compatible with all European EUR Groove espagnolette systems.
-
Maximum glass thickness: 48 mm on EBE 65; 58 mm on EBE 75
-
Hardware standard: EUR Groove (both series)
-
Testing: EN 14351-1, in an accredited laboratory (both series)
-
Suitable buildings: High-performance buildings targeting certifications such as LEED

OS or EBE?
-
If you want the slimmest frame and a historic look: OS2
-
If you need very thick or acoustic glass (over 50 mm): EBE 75
-
If you want minimal-looking folding or pivot doors: OS2
-
If you need maximum strength on wind-exposed plots: EBE
-
Both in the same villa: Common; OS2 for the windows, EBE for the large doors
Finishes: galvanised, Corten, stainless steel and brass

4. Installation and handover
Our team installs, adjusts and seals every unit.
What determines the price of Secco steel windows?
Every Secco project is priced to measure. The main cost factors are:
1. Material: Galvanised and painted steel is the entry level. Stainless steel, Corten and brass are progressively more expensive.
2. System: EBE is heavier than OS2. Folding, pivot and large sliding doors cost more than fixed or opening windows.
3. Size and number of openings: Large single panes need thicker glass and stronger sections.
4. Glass specification: Low-E, acoustic laminated or safety glass affects the cost.
5. Hardware: Solid brass or stainless hardware, concealed hinges and tracks.
6. Site conditions: Access, lifting equipment on hillside plots, and sea exposure.
Send us your drawings for a quote. We price each opening separately so you can compare options.
